W. EARL BUCHANAN, O.D.

Dr. Buchanan graduated from Pacific University, College of Optometry with a doctor of optometry degree. He practiced in Oregon, Missouri and Saudi Arabia prior to settling in Port Orchard in 1985. He enjoys the general practice of optometry, treating patients of all ages with various eye and vision problems. Professionally, he is a member of the Kitsap Optometric Society, having served as its president , a member of the Washington Association of Optometric Physicians and a member of the American Optometric Association for the past 35 years. He has been a member of the Kiwanis and JC's and currently serves on the board of Holly Ridge, a non-profit serving the needs of infants and toddlers with varying development disorders and developmentally disabled adults with employment opportunities. In his leisure time he enjoys golf, traveling, and gardening. He and his wife Dianne live in Port Orchard and have 2 grown sons.

JOSEPH TRULL, O.D.

Dr. Trull is a life-long Kitsap County resident and is a graduate of Olympic High School. He earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Visual Science from Pacific University and later earned his Doctor of Optometry from Pacific University College of Optometry. After working in Eastern Washington and Eastern Oregon, he joined the United States Navy where he served at Naval Hospital Bremerton. In 2000, he joined Dr. Buchanan's practice. He and his wife Jennifer have 3 children. When he is not at work, you can find him cheering on his favorite teams, or coaching his kids sport teams.

Jamie - Office Manager

Jamie is our office manager and dispensary supervisor. She joined our practice in 2007 and comes to us with 6 years of experience in the optical field. She strives to provide exceptional care and will ensure that you have a pleasant experience with us.

Carrie - Receptionist

The friendly voice you hear when calling to make an appointment is Carrie's. She is our office receptionist and will ensure that all of your scheduling needs are sufficiently met. Carrie treats each patient with the utmost care and concern so please feel free to call her for your scheduling needs.

Chantal - Billing

Chantal has been with our practice for a number of years, and has recently transfered into our billing department. Chantal will ensure that your insurance and accounting needs are met with exceptional care.

Ann Marie - Optometric Technician

Ann Marie has over 20 years of experience in the field. Her goal as a technician is to provide efficient care and ensure that you have a pleasant experience with us. She also assists with contact lens dispensing and management.

Brenda - Optician

Brenda joined our practice in 2006. She came to us with years of experience in business and customer service. She will make sure that your optical needs are met with quality service and professionalism by offering the latest styles in fashion and lens technology.

Dawn - Optician

Dawn is our newest optician, bringing along with her numerous years of experience with patient care. Dawn joined our practice in 2011 and will make sure that you enjoy your experience when selecting new eyewear.
