Insurance Plans

We participate with many vision insurance plans. Vision insurance is not a guarentee of payment. It is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your vision care. We will assist you to assure that you receive the maximum benefits to which you are entitled. Most plans include a co-payment and other charges that may not be entirely covered. We will bill most insurances, as a courtesy, if we are given the correct information. Any charges not covered by your insurance will be due at the time of service. Some insurance plans that we provide for include, but are not limited to VSP, KPS, NBN, Premera, Regence and Tricare. Please call our office to see if we provide for your insurance.. Check with our staff if you have other types of coverage.
